Bengaluru: In yet another shocking incident on April 13, a 41-year-old man was killed by his wife at their house JJ Nagar. As per the report, the deceased has been identified as Mohan who works as a driver of a Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) garbage auto tipper. During the conflict, the victim has been pushed to the ground and then starngled by his wife.

According to the city police, the woman has been identified as Padma who has been taken to police custody for questioning. The police report also suggests that the couple got married 16 years ago and has three kids.

During the inebriated conditions, the victim used to fight with his wife. He was also sent to a rehabilitation centre for deaddiction and had quit drinking alcohol for the next few months, as per the Bangalore Times.

The accused has been taken into police custody for further questioning. According to the police, the couple had a tiff over an unknown reason around 03:15 am and then he pushed her around. And then she also pushed him back and strangled him with her leg after a fight. The accused later on noticed that her husband was getting unconscious then along with neighbours she took him to a nearby hospital where the victim was declared dead by the doctors.

JJ Nagar police said that they registered a case in this matter and the probe is on.
